The circa 1832 Wheatland Spring property is nestled among gently rolling hills in the heart of rural Western Loudoun County. Named for the natural water source on the property, Wheatland Spring is just an hour outside of Washington, DC but feels like an escape to a bygone era.
The cottage is appointed with a premium queen size bed, 1.5 baths, and a clothes washer and dryer. The full kitchen includes: oven, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and cookware.
The kitchen is stocked with breakfast essentials such as farm fresh eggs, milk, and cereal ready for guests’ preparation and locally sourced freshly prepared/baked breakfast treats such as muffins, coffee cake, cheeses and/or fresh fruit is delivered to the cottage each morning.
The nearly 200 year old floors and hand-hewn beams blend seamlessly with modern conveniences. Guests come and go as they please with secure, unique codes for keyless touchpad entry to the cottage.
High speed wifi, streaming television, individual room climate control, a single-serving coffee machine, and countertop kettle with an assortment of teas offer guests their desired connectivity, comfort, caffeine, and chamomile.
